For this project, we helped our client launch a new product. Having built a large following and community already, we felt this launch would increase reoccurring revenue long-term and was more fitting with the overall mission.
This shifted the business model from selling individual products to selling a monthly membership. A shift of this nature required new messaging, new landing pages, new content, new e-commerce backend, and much more.
Once the strategy was complete, months of preparation generated hype for the big launch. During this time we increased email subscriptions by 40%. As far as messaging was concerned, we designed a clean landing page with a concise message. We produced all the media involved with the launch that included a promotional video, multiple photo shoots, graphics and more.
With the holiday season approaching, we had little time to waste. This was definitely one of the most comprehensive projects we had done all year.
Fortunately, our work paid off. When looking over our KPI’s, our client monthly sales increased by 300%. The website was converting at 9% of all visitors to customers. We were all amazed at the numbers.
Our client was certainly happy, but of course, these types of projects are ongoing and there is still much to do.
